Three pairs, three tube ship is the starting point of the career of senior crew, is the future of shipping. At present, the sources of the third pair and the third tube wheel are diverse, the educational level is higher, and the ability to accept new knowledge is faster, but there is a certain gap with the job demand in terms of professionalism, professional ability, and professional quality. At present, the connection between theoretical education and practical operation in maritime colleges and universities is not sufficient. This situation has attracted the attention of the leaders of the Shanghai Maritime Safety Administration of the Ministry of Communications.
For this reason, Shanghai Maritime Safety Administration suggested that Shanghai Huayang Maritime Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd. take the lead in carrying out counterpart training to achieve zero transition from graduate school to post. In response to the call of the crew department of the Shanghai Maritime Safety Administration, Shanghai Huayang, in conjunction with the Shanghai Crew Evaluation and Demonstration Center, held the first training course on job skills upgrading and evaluation for three pairs of three-tube vessels. The opening ceremony of this training course was held on September 18 at the Crew Assessment Demonstration Center. Leaders attending the opening ceremony included: Shanghai Huayang General Manager Bao Renzong, Shanghai Maritime Safety Administration Deputy Director Wang Fei, Shanghai Crew Assessment Demonstration Center Director Bi Tao, etc. First of all, the general manager of Shanghai Huayang Bao Ransong made an opening speech. Bao analyzed the current situation of insufficient practical education in maritime colleges, expounded the importance of on-the-job skills training for crew members and thanked the leaders of the Maritime Safety Administration for their trust and support to the company. Wang Fei, deputy director of the crew department, then spoke, affirming Shanghai Huayang's leading position in the crew management industry and praising the company's efforts to improve the professional quality of the crew. Bi Tao, director of the evaluation center, made a final speech. He sent a message to all the trained crew members to cherish the training opportunities provided by the company and the evaluation center, study hard in the subsequent training, gain something, and serve our country's navigation industry better and longer.
This training lasts for 5 days, 2 days of theoretical course education by Shanghai Huayang Training Department, and 3 days of practical operation courses for crew members to be trained by instructors from crew demonstration center to drive simulators or simulate cabin equipment. I believe that after the training, the crew will be improved to a certain extent, laying a more solid foundation for future work on board.
