In addition to professional courses, the meeting also included sessions on psychological counseling, English language enhancement, and team interaction. Activities such as safety knowledge quizzes and emergency simulation drills were organized to enhance teamwork and practical capabilities, fostering deeper communication between personnel from both sides.

At the seminar, Huang Ailan, Deputy General Manager of Xingtong Wanbang, emphasized: "Shipping safety is the lifeline of enterprise development, and crew members are the core force safeguarding this lifeline. This seminar serves not only as an important opportunity to deepen cooperation between our two companies but also as a platform tailor-made for crew members to 'share experiences and enhance capabilities.' We hope everyone adopts a problem-oriented approach, aims for practical application, and jointly explores new paths for the safe operation of shipping."

Wang Xiaohua, General Manager of Shanghai Huayang, expressed sincere gratitude to all participants for their active involvement and the sincere sharing by crew representatives. He emphasized: "This seminar was not a one-way knowledge transfer but a two-way exchange. The perspectives and experiences of every participant are valuable assets for promoting the industry's safety development." Wang Xiaohua stated: "Shanghai Huayang has been deeply involved in crew training and management for many years, consistently regarding 'supplying high-quality seafarers to the shipping industry' as our core mission. In recent years, we have continuously co-organized seminars with Xingtong Wanbang, aiming to integrate the advantageous resources of both parties, empower crew members from multiple dimensions including management system optimization, technical skills strengthening, and risk prevention refinement, and help elevate the safety standards of the fleet and the industry to a new level."

During the appreciation banquet held that evening, Zhou Fuchun, General Manager of Xingtong Wanbang, delivered a concluding speech. He emphasized: "There is no 'finish line' in shipping safety, only a 'continuous process.' We hope everyone brings the outcomes of this seminar back to their respective posts and integrates safety concepts into every voyage and every operation. This seminar marks a new beginning for both sides to deepen cooperation and promote crew competency enhancement and fleet safety development. Subsequently, we will systematically review the outcomes of this seminar – translating the practical needs raised by the crew into specific training courses, integrating the optimization ideas explored by management into safety system upgrade plans – enabling every crew member to enhance their sense of security and gain through professional growth, and ensuring every vessel operates more steadily and travels farther through standardized operations, jointly contributing more strength to the safe and efficient development of the shipping industry!"
