To accelerate the transformation of cruise industry human resource services into standardized, professional, and efficient models, and to precisely address the urgent talent demands of cruise cluster development, Shanghai Huayang Maritime Sci-Tech Development Co.,Ltd recently convened a multi-stakeholder forum. Participants included the Baoshan District Employment Promotion Center, China Cruise Group, Shanghai Wusong International Cruise Training Company, Economics and Management academic of Shanghai Jiguang, and Asia Cruise Academy. The event focused on in-depth discussions about talent service initiatives for the cruise industry. Concurrently, the authorized agreement for establishing the International Cruise Sub-center under the Baoshan District Employment Promotion Center was successfully signed.

Guided by the "Three-Year Action Plan for the Construction of Shanghai International Cruise Human Resources Service Base (2025-2027)" (Baoshan HRSS [2025] No.2) and supported by the Memorandum of Cooperation on the "Shanghai International Cruise Industry Human Resources Service Base" jointly signed by four parties—the Baoshan District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Baoshan Maritime Safety Administration, Shanghai Huayang, and Shanghai Wusongkou Cultural Tourism Investment (Group) Co., Ltd. They aim to establish specialized sub-centers. This strategic move will transform human resources services for the cruise industry from top-level design to concrete implementation, ultimately building a more precise and efficient talent service system.

At the conference, Shanghai Huayang, leveraging its extensive expertise in the cruise industry, delivered professional insights covering industry trends, talent development challenges, and future operational directions. These perspectives provided valuable practical references for the sub-center's future operations. Participants engaged in lively discussions on key topics including resource integration, talent cultivation, and school-enterprise collaboration, which further solidified consensus and pooled collective wisdom to advance the construction and operation of the cruise sub-center.
